The best apartments I ever lived in. I wish I didn't have to leave but my job relocated me. If I ever make it back to Yuma I will definitely move back to El Encanto.

I have lived here for 2 years now and love it. I moved here from Montana and having a nice cool apartment in this heat is great. I have no issues. Maintenance is always on top of any requests and they get done within the 24 hours promised. I looked around a lot and chose El Encanto because of its great location, floor plan, night monitor, and huge pool. I would say if you are going to rent chose El Encanto.

I truly enjoy living here. I relocated here and I moved from a house, and these apartments have more than enough room for all my furniture. I looked at a couple of other apartments before I moved here and this one felt more like home. The office staff is always helpful and friendly. If I have a maintanence issue it is taken care of quickly. It is very quite and I enjoy walking around outside for exercise and sitting by the pool. I highly recommend it, if you want to live in a nice place.

I really like living here. It has been home to me for awhile. The apartments are really roomy. The neighbors are so nice and friendly. The office staff is great. Anytime I have a concern they address it immediately and keep me
informed. Maintenance is very friendly and takes care of my concerns quickly and the first time. That is rare. The last place I lived at told me that they couldn't fix my heat and to "deal with it". I really do feel valued here.

I love it here.  Plain and simple.  Landscape is well maintained, office staff is friendly, they even sign for packages for me, apartment is enough space for me.  Move in process was simple and fast.  they called me the next morning to confirm my move in date, 2 days later I arrived signed my lease, and moved in.  Very easy and simple. Plain and simple I like it here you will too.  Don't believe those that complain.  Question them and you will see they are angry due to there own created problems.
